Grilled Porterhouse Steak with Garlic-Herb Butter

- 2 Porterhouse steaks (1 1/2 inches thick)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, and parsley), chopped

- Grilled vegetable medley (such as bell peppers, eggplant, and red onions)
- Parmesan truffle fries
Preparation
- Season the Porterhouse steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped fresh herbs to make the garlic-herb butter. Set aside.
- Grill the Porterhouse steaks for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until medium-rare. Adjust the cooking time based on your desired doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the steaks across the bone and serve with a dollop of garlic-herb butter on top.
- Serve with a grilled vegetable medley and Parmesan truffle fries on the side.
